NFI is a private, non-profit child welfare agency who provides services to children and families in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. NFI has been in business since 1992 and contracts with Philadelphia DHS, Delaware County CYS, Schuylkill County CYS and SWAN. NFI provides the following:
