Giving those in need a hand and letting others know that there is Hope and Understanding. Our goal is to replace Stigma with Hope thats associated with homelessness, substance use disorder and mental illness, one heart at a time. HnH is a group of loving and compassionate volunteers who do outreach several times a month in Kensington section of Phila and several locations in NJ. We go out to offer hope, love and support to those struggling, we hand out our love bags which consist of five snacks, a drink, resource brochure and a note of encouragement. This is our way of forming a bond with the individual and when they are ready for help we will do all we can to guide and support them along the journey. We also help with treatment placement, sober living referrals, clothing and toiletries.
