AHCOPA is a HUD-Approved homeownership advisory organization. Main services program offered by AHCOPA are homebuyer preparation for first-time buyers and foreclosure prevention intervention services for households delinquent with their mortgage and/or real estate taxes. Encompassed in these services, AHCOPA advisors assist household with credit improvement, financial management, access to grant resources for down payment or mortgage relief, real estate tax assistance programs and access to discount utility programs.
