Located on a beautiful 100 acre campus in Philadelphia, the nation’s oldest private psychiatric hospital continues to offer a quiet refuge where healing has taken place for two centuries. Friends Hospital offers a continuum of psychiatric care including: a 24/7 psychiatric Crisis Response Center; specially-designed inpatient units for adolescents (ages 13-17), young adults (ages 18-26), adults and older adults (with and without co-occurring substance use issues); and a private residential rehabilitation program for adults and older adults. Our multidisciplinary treatment team provides individualized care to meet each patient’s unique needs and help him or her onto the pathway to wellness and recovery.
